I had the same problem!! Are you using the new Pilgrim Loom??? If so then one of the Relays is wired up wrong.

Can't remember which one but your symptons sound the same. I only found out by blowing a couple of fuses in my investigations. :} :} :}

Check both the relays. I ended up asking Pilgrim for the terminal numbers on the Relays to get it sorted.

Although it is Pilgrims mistake they were very helpful in getting it sorted.
