Tony, thanks for the advice. I've managed to sort the fuel flange, in tightening up the jubilee clip, I got enough clearance to fit washers and nylocks.

I've always tried to use nuts and bolts as I feel happier that this will not move where as my experience with self tappers in fibreglass is not good. I had to use self tappers to fix the stop and indicator lights though as there was no room for nuts/bolts.

How does the speedo bracket actually mount to diff ? Do you have any photos of it in place ?
