Havent done this myself, but you'll need to change the rad and hoses, add twin fans, and buy new engine mounts and a new prop shaft. I also think there is an issue with the steering column linkage - Mk II has an extra UJ to get round the manifold, but as you said, best phone Tony for a chat.
