Re-using Jag nuts & bolts.

Your opinions on the following greatly welcomed......

Do you think that it is safe to reuse most of the bolts etc from my jag bits, obviously bolts etc with signs of damage will be replaced but most have just head rust with clean threads. Some have slight rust to threads (not sure what to do with those) I had thought about doing the following.

1) Degrease.
2) Maybe get the heads lightly blasted to remove surface rust. (or use a wire brush!)
3) Degrease again with POR15 Marine clean.
4) Submerge in POR15 metal ready (eats rust and coats with zinc phoshate.
5) Oil and store.
6 )Reuse.

What do you all think.

Also do I need the upper wishbone rubber bump stops on a GD?

Cheers
