Get a holly oil pressure fuel switch, easy to fit, also has a supply from the solenoid so pump starts straight away, then the oil pressure takes over and keeps the contacts closed. Oil pressure drops cuts out the electric pump.
All thats required is a "T" with your oil pressure guage plumbed in as well.
