Seeing as ours seem a very much 'project' orienatated car (eg lots of bits missing, no build manual etc), we are coming along several problems. The most current is, as the steering column passes through the bulkhead, are there any bearings/bushes that it should travel through?
The steering column is bolted very tightly to a bracket that crosses from one side of the car to the other (just behind the dash).
If it does require a bush/bearing can anyone suggest a suitable one that will fit a triangular shaped shaft.
Model is cobretti/dms viper based on a cortina.
