You can run the wire through the rib that runs around the edge, drill the entry and exit holes as required and dont forget the grommets.
I attached a nut to a thin wire, poked it in one of the holes then dragged it around with a magnet from the outside, two or three attempts and it was done then just pull your cables through, no nasty wires on show :thumb:
