4. No mass posting or flooding of the boards is allowed.
5. All posts are deemed to be the opinion(s) of the poster. Such posts can be used if deemed defamatory and the poster could be held liable.

Unfortunately, with more and more attention being given to the internet and comments made on newsgroups, I thought it best to remind us about the AUP.

Also, users who are charter members did not see the current AUP, just the old one.
