Log-in Problems

Robert,
I am having problems using the forum when responding to topic message notification (through email) & within the site itself.

I am regularly being asked to log on, even though I already have.

Can you help?
Am I doing something wrong?

Baldric

RE: Log-in Problems

Barry,

ive had the same problems along with my continued issues with new posts (ive now found peace by using the manual mark function!) same thing happens to me I am logged on I then change screens and Im asked to log on again, and it makes no difference if I have the remain logged on box ticked.

Cheers

Andy

RE: Log-in Problems

Chris,
Remain logged on box already set.
This problem started when the site was changed some months back.

RE: Log-in Problems

I'm still seeing posts that I've read displayed as unread, it makes life difficult to say the least.
As you say it all started a few weeks back when the forum was updated.

Kev

Try this....

Click on "user menu"
Click on "Edit your preference"
Make sure that "Use MARK time stamp feature" is set to "yes"
Click on "Update"

Good luck
