| Re: Torque wrench setting As you point out, this is not in the Haynes Manual I have at least. Jaguar Manual for XJS, Section 60-07 quotes 20-27 Nm. I guess they are all the same. This shows the fitting of new tab washers. Are you getting any?

My original did not have tab washers or any kind of washer, they had plenty of thread lock on though. so I have just done the same.

| Re: Torque wrench setting My Haynes manual from an XJ6 says 55 lb/f / 75 Nm See images http://www.cobraclub.com/forum/attac...2&d=1112626006 and http://www.cobraclub.com/forum/attac...3&d=1112626013 Not sure if it's a typo as it appears pretty high. Perhaps they mean ball joint to stub axle, not ball joint to wishbone...
