Thanks for that,it makes me feel a bit better about buying my Pinto engined Mk1 Pilgrim earlier this year :o Made a bit better by being a 2.1 Burton with twin 40's, :rolleyes: but already looking at possibility of a V8 :thumb:

Definitely! Then my son would have something to race me in while I cut the grass. Mind you I would have to keep the grass box on.

I may be mistaken but a very similar cobra appeared in an article in kit car some months ago.
I thought it looked like a sumo, but the guy had used a beetle engine in the back. But i thought he was dutch or german - can;t remember.

No it is not a Sumo but it got me thinking. Why do AK owners never open their bonnets and always keep a large padlock on their their boots . Hmmm

mmmmmmmm nice wheels, with the aperatures shut then its not quite so bad but the filler in the front wing thats just terrible

Quite taken actually. We've got a Cob (Well, a GD) a Mazda MiataEunosMX5 which could be converted to a Cob replica, after a fashion.

Now i wonder if theres a kit for an A4 Avant....
