Has anyone tried BP’s ‘super fuel’, 102 octane unleaded in their Cobra?

http://www.bp.com/genericsection.do?categoryId=6621&contentId=7017179

Is this a gimmick or worth the extra pennies?

Cheers
Dave.

No suprise there!

I had an Impreza before the Cob, and that never ran on anything but Optimax and then V power.

Made a noticable difference to an already stupidly quick car!

So

EFi engines auto adjust ignition timing

But

Carb'ed engines require manual ignition timing adjustments.

Just for 5 bhp or so...................

Is the BP 102 octain the highest octain fuel avalible to date?

Without octane boosters and aftermarket additives.
