Could anyone tell me the overall height width and mounting stud centres of the above light please (considering swap on my car but need to make sure existing twin light units holes are covered)

Cheers as usual

Steve, sorry, only just read this thread.
John Kerr told me when I collected my rolling chassis that the "coffin" rear lights will cover the existing holes. He drills virtually all the holes in the body for you, so I suppose he would know. :D

ERA type exhaust - Done
Period style rollbar - Done
Lucus front indicator lenses - Done
Wheels - on their way

AC pedal pads purchased. Fitting is next job.

Just about to buy front twin fan kit from finishline. Will fit on arrival.

Dash - made template and sorted clock layout and switches. Will make the real thing when I take the car off the road for body mods this winter.

OEM style seat harnesses purchased. Sorting in boot mounting at the moment.

Quicklifts and aston filler cap purchased ready to fit in winter with body mods.

Then just got to decide on colour scheme. Cant decide. All interior will be black & I am keeping my rollbar, pipes and quicklifts stainless. Not sure which colour will suit best.

Guardsman - Wimbledon white stripes.
Darker blue (like Kirkham demo) white stripe

MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm

Brian - glad you decided not to go for the "op". :D

On the fans thing - are you leaving your existing "Puller" fan in place? Best plan if you can, those twin pushers look great but don't cool great.

have to agree 'pushers' dont work as well as 'pullers' by a substantial margin; not sure why though

Cheers Wilf - yep I am leaving the puller in. The twin shiny jobbies are just going in cos they look great :D

As an update, it certainly pays to shop around for these lights.
Currently reproduction Lucas style L542's are 44 each from SVC, 54 each from Brooklands, and $34 (dollars) each from Finishline, so even with the postage you can get a pair from Finishline in Florida for less than one here without postage!!

Looks like I might be calling in while Im over there LOL

Finishline had an offer on the rear lights some time ago, not sure if it's still on.

I carefully grafted a set of amber top len's on to mine, even managed to get the "LUCAS" raised script on there as well. Had various calls as to where I bought them.

I also have the twin fans pushing thru a large rad feeding a 460ci ford lump. Sits idling all day, even in the heat at 85-90. Only time will tell.
