Stone me - it's that time again! Where did that month go?

Yes, it's the March meet this weekend - usual time and place (see the forum Calendar for details).

I aim to be there, but maybe not in the Cob. I had a tooth extracted in hospital today under a general anaesthetic, plus a generous helping of local anaesthetic, which as I write this is starting to wear off .......

I have a feeling driving "al fresco" on Sunday might result in a dose of toothache! But fingers crossed things will be OK. The weather forecast actually doesn't look too bad :-D

If the weather's fine tomorrow (and it's looking good at present), a wee circular drive-out might be in order. I'm thinking of heading for a nice little pub (The Black Horse) in Checkendon to the north of Reading, then onwards for a brief stop in Henley, then back to The Swan - a round trip of about 33 miles.

So let's get together at 12:15, then if all's well, I suggest we aim to head off at around 13:00. I'll print some maps off and leave a couple at the bar for anyone who arrives after we've set off.

Now watch it rain .........

Alex,

Look forward to seeing you - good luck.

From your "Ninja" handle, are you a Kawasaki man by any chance? I have two GPz900Rs and a ZX-9R, but they're sadly all going to have to go this year :(.

But I'll never be parted from my Dax! ;)
