Hi my name is Ian 51 mid life crisis and wanted a cobra for ever, I have about 16k to spend on a Cobra, driven a couple of pilgrims (was shaken to bits ) is this normal or were they just poor builds .
Apart from pistonheads and ebay where is the best place to look

I would like a 3.5L blue with cream leather! Any advice welcome thanks in anticipation

no. but the ride will be firmer than a production saloon.

Lots of people run their adjustable shocks as hard as they possibly can in the belief that it's more sporty...natch! most likely a setup tweak

Don't kid yourself, these are not always touring cars.

Some Pilgrim owners have gone for 17" rims on very little rubber, hence feel the potholes. I run 16" on my Pilgrim which is neither classic (15") or overly sporty looking, but gives a nice ride with tyres that can cope with a bit of thrashing.

If you want comfy then an SLK may be a better option, but a well set up Cobra doesn't need to rattle your teeth.

yep - given a new Macbook as a pressy, so totally portable.
