ooops,
When I was talking about Camber angle, I should have said "With the wheel further in at the top, by 0.4 degrees, this is NEGATIVE Camber, the camber becomes even more negative as the suspension is compressed further"
(I blame the person who wrote the script...........Me)
Also, the camber could be reset at a later stage during the build, (without any affect on the bumpsteer). Many folks will not have a measurement for ride height, at this early stage of the build, with no engine in etc.
I had the advantage of being able to take measurements from a fully built car, for ride height.
Easiest thing to do for builders at this stage is....
at full droop, set wheels at vertical, then wind out 2 full turns,(positive camber)
this will give roughly 0.4 to 0.8 negative at ride height, which can be adjusted later if needed.
I will try to get video updated asap.

It's a secret!

Rowly, apart from the fopas is a great video, as to the ride height I found that if you go for the wheel arch heights that Pilgrim recommend then about half of the shock travel is used up at ride height so you can do most of the setup even if you only have a rolling chassis.

Here is the updated version
"THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY"
I kept the good bits, updated the bad bits
Sorry folks, I couldnt do anything about the ugly bits
Maybe we can get Robert to replace this version in my original post?

You could remove the original from Youtube then the link won't work.

Nice vid though and I like the new wishbones, look somewhat stronger than the originals.

I did think when I watched the first one that the comment about positive camber was wrong but didn't think anyone else would notice.
Positive camber happens when you corner in a car with equal length wishbones.

Craig.
