DVLA don't sell dateless plates outside of auction. As an example 1 CAK is forsale for £29,995 (Regtransfers.co.uk ::: Your Search Results (http://www.regtransfers.co.uk/main/searchs/searchresults.asp)), so think you might underestimate the value of this plate which I am only selling for the price I paid for it (over £1200 less than equivalents for sale currently). Seems a bit unsporting to try and sabotage my attempts to do this.

Other than only paid up members are allowed to advertise stuff for sale on here. 9 posts and 2 adverts is pushing the limits! ;)

I agree.

Its not a good track record is it?

suddenly you want to sell 2 plates and this motivates you to start posting. But its a bit strange, that on the same day, alledgedly the car doesnt start. Well, its funny how that didnt motivate you to start posting.

Unimpressed.

Any chance of some pictures of your AK just to see what the plate looks like?...

Crikey, bit of a bad first day. Very very sorry if I've offended anyone. I didn't realise I wasn't allowed to sell, will teach me not to read the details. I will happily remove these posts as an attempt at damage limitation. However I don't seem to have permission. Can anyone advise.

As stated earlier I have a new born son and time (and money) is a bit tight. Strangely being down £3k will motivate you into getting off your bum and doing something, that's why I posted my for sale, introduction and technical questions on same sitting (simply a matter of getting round to it). I would have thought that having cobra specific for sales was seen as a positive not a negative, and again I apologise for breaching forum etiquette.

Kevin, I am sorry to have offended you. I promise I am having problems with starting my car. If you have kids I'm sure you'll understand how having an intermittently non-starting cobra is the least of my problems! Maybe this will help put a human face on things....

... thats better - great pic - human faces - and wishing you all the best with your son.

I am afraid we have had too many folk masquarading as cobra owners trying to offload plates - hence the cynicism.
No offence taken, or intended.

Welcome Cullywoo.

Did you buy your car already finished or did you build it yourself.
Looks familiar.

Forget the last question. Just read your other thread.
I do indeed know the car and sadly the previous owner too.....;)

Just pulling your pisser Steve, see you on Wed.
