This is a Dax Tojeiro, finished in Dax British Racing Green gel-coat.
The sound, the acceleration, the handling and the look of the thing are all wonderful.
There is a small chip shown in one of the pictures on the driver's side rear wheel-arch, caused by a bike pedal in the garage.

The big block Chevy was built for me by Real Steel. It is powered by a bored and honed 1970s block.
Everything inside the engine was new when it was built, from new pistons (required, since the block was bored and honed, so it will actually be slightly more than 7.4 litres) crank and con rods.
The heads and inlet manifold are Edelbrock Performer RPM. The connection from crank to cam is not by a chain, but by the Edelbrock camshaft gear drives (Edelbrock.com - Valvetrain - Gear Drives (http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mc/valvetrain/gear_drives.shtml))
The water pump is a good alloy one.
The radiator is a packed core construction one made especially for the car by specialists in Sheffield.
The interior is supplied by Dax, comprising Whilton wool carpets and cream leather with green piping.

The car was mostly built by me, but finished (interior trim, dash etc) by Dave Brooks ( DB Replicas - Home (http://www.v8cobra.co.uk/home.html) ) and put through the SVA test and registered by him.

Since first registration in 2004, this car has only done a little over 900 miles (at the time of writing) and has only been driven in the wet once. The fact I hardly ever get to drive it is one of the reasons for the sale.

I might be willing to deliver the car, let me know what you'd like.

I've just replaced the driver's side wind deflector as well, so the pictures aren't up to date, since the car now has a wind deflector on each side, rather than just the passenger side as shown.

Suspicious, why. Some people just don't get to use their car that much. Mine has done about 1500 miles since 2006.

900 is low but believable. Looks a nice car.

Craig.

Then car was fine.
The owner never really got to use it that much. (Family commitments etc. I believe).
The colour is not the most popular and unless it has been painted then it is in gel coat.
It has now been sold anyway.

i would feel better with that assurance, i felt uneasy at the amount of detail expended on the engine, yet no pics of it, and with nothing on the ride, handling, perfomance ect., put together with the fact it had done so little milage, and a very low reserve IMHO, i had to wonder, and that bothered me more than the colour , shows you cant always judge by the advert!, go and see is the only way

Amazing the difference the colour can make to a car!
