I can't tell who manufactures this chassis but it has similarities with the AK 427 so I expected the shell to have the bonded-in floors and footwells of the AK body but it doesn't.

Probably bought the parts from the ebay seller that has/had them both:

I'm keen to know if this is a mainstream chassis? It always strikes me as curious when Cobra listings don't state the manufacturer.
