After installing a fresh obtained intermediate timing cover with G-rotor pump on my block, I tested the lot before installing again in the car.
Smart move, while I didn't get any pressure from the oil pump although the crank (and so the pump...) is turning smoothly :} :}
I pushed vaseline in the gearwheel and filled the oil filter before installing but nothing happend.
When I removed the oilpressure sender which is located just before there where the oil enters in the block you can feel that it sucks. It supposed to pump oil there....
(the crank is turning clockwise)
Anybody any idea what I am doing wrong here ?
Thanks,
Rik
