AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!
For the second time in 5 months the sale of our house back in Solihull has fallen through due to the chain collapsing.
Why can't we have a system like Scotland where once an offer is accepted it becomes binding by law.

  :mad:Or France, Spain, Usa just about anywhere else but the England  Bad luck Kev :( Just think on the bright side. You might screw more money out of the next buyer.

Could be worse, at least selling you haven't laid out large amounts of cash on surveys, searches, legal fees and numerous other expenses...

If it falls through at the last stage when you're buying you get financially shafted..

The folks that were buying our place had paid out for two surveys, both OK I'm pleased to say.
So they'll be spitting.
We had paid a standard survey fee on the house we were going to buy, so I guess we've lost that along with the house.
All we can hope for is that can sell their place again very soon and we can re-establish the chain.
