fuel Prices?

Hi all, just came back from my 3 week honeymoon which was fabulous....

Anyway, I noticed that most forecourts are selling petrol at the same price as diesel!
What's that all about?

True, but why has the price of petrol now matched the higher price of diesel?

In case you hadn't noticed the price of diesal has been very very close or the same as petrol for ages now

It's cheaper to produce so was always much cheaper than petrol but due to that 5hit ridden , pi55 taking , wank3r who is now the fucki** PM we have been ripped of for ages over that one but very few people seem to have noticed

There is no real advantage to having a diesal motor now

45 MPG from my 330 Diesel Sport, compared to my partner's 26 MPG Petrol! and less than 1 second difference 0 - 60 MPH! and Oil sevice interval of 20,000 miles. No, I don't see any advantage either.

Nearly a second difference 0-60.
That's enough for me to stick with my 330 petrol.

Wouldn't leave an oil change that long personally - false economy.
