You're certainly right that we put up with unreliable service in this industry. The DVLA cancelled my inspection the day before and couldn't care less that I'd booked annual leave and an expensive car transporter plus driver. They had me over a barrel as I didn't want to be rude to them in case they gave me a Q plate! Luckily I was able to rearrange it but it's just so frustrating, and it makes me look unreliable to my employer and the car transporter firm.
I reckon you'll get your parts in 2 weeks....!

Update
Hi Agian,
Finally get good service. Replacement part arrived in the post this morning as promised, so it can be done ! If Autobrass read this, can I suggest you be a little more honest about delivery times & return calls & messages left by customers. We are, after all the ones paying your wages & if you don't do this there is always someone else who will ? Regards Phil.

I think this is why Chris at Brasscraft can charge more. Autobrass messed me around when I ordered some parts, when I chased, they did not want to know.
