Was there one? Did you start a thread on here informing us of it?

I don't mind coughing up a little extra to hoon around Scotland, It's still cheaper that Cadwell Park.

I still say that petrol is there to be burned and what machine is better at burning it than a Cobra?

Why save petrol? ......... To put it in a jar to shove in a museum to show future generations ..........."look kids, thats what petrol looked like"?

Do you think that the position will change once Ken has gone........don't think so.

Edinburgh planned to have congestion charges similar to those in London, but it was ruled as illegal as these are public thoroughfares and a Local Authority has no right to charge excess tolls.
A referendum was held which included the surrounding areas such as East, West and Mid Lothian plus Fife as they would all be affected by the road charges. Guess how they all voted?
We now have no congestion charge, or toll charges on any roads or bridges.
