Anybody out and about this evening? The West Sussex boys are at the Cowdray Arms but that's a bit far for me midweek. Any suggestions......

Less of a mess now but still plenty to do...
Number of polishes - 1/2 and a bit...

If I'd known I was going to be so thirsty this morning I'd have drunk more beer last night.

It'll be worth it in the end. Besides, when you are swanning around in the winter with your 'Irvin' and an 'aliceband', mine will be spread all over the garage floor trying to get it to the next level... Having said that, if anything transpires this eve, and I can get a pass out, do you want picking up?

Lets see what transpires, I should really concentrate on putting it back together.

Mind you, perhaps you don't want anyone to see it until it's done. Understand it's White with two enormous Blue stripes down the sides...

Hi Nick, it would be nice to see you although I thought you might be off 'dogging' with Graham under the pretext of making a Cobra movie... Finch is very close to me - too close in that the water doesn't get warm let alone the oil - and I guess the pub on the Cricket green isn't bad if you get there early enough to ensure parking. Very car oriented there, when my son and I came past after Goodwood last Sunday it was 'Rover 75 day'... you would have laughed. Still, no need to stay so close to me. I was hoping someone might have a suggestion in the area close to one of the canals with a nice place to sit out... Let's see what turns up
