Jag Supsension

I cannot believe that Jaguar could design, construct and issue for production such a load of "fiddling rubbish" as the lower suspension wishbone arm on the rear axle, there is heaps of washers (thrust and plain) bushes and bearings, odds and sod, shims and tubes that all add up to approx 3hrs of my life in order to get one of them installed..it's crap..Jaguar lost their way on the XJS
Well now..thats better...

Charlie

Couldn't agree more, and they didn't do much better with the XJ40 system I am led to beleive, however having no need for it as I am going for a GD Euro chassis, it doesn't really matter.

It must be your first rear assembly
After you have removed and replaced several times for
diferent reasons you should be looking at about half an hour TOPS.
I have had to do it so many times now that im thinking of joining
the Jaguar F1 pit crew.
