De-dion CV

Can any one please confirm what model and year of BMW that Dax use for the CV joints on the De-Dion

Here is a picture of one of the CV joints I got from Dax. As you can see it has Lobro on it and a rather long number. I'm not sure if it's a serial # or part number but the CV on the opposite side of the diff has almost the same number on it. The only difference is the last 3 digits are 008 rather than 018. Hope this might help.

yes the V8 is in the garage. I've attached a couple of pics for you. I've left the scattsheild in to be powder coated to mathc the engine block. I should have it next week so I can bolt on the TKO and trial fit the assembly on the chassis. After that it's engine/gearbox back off and body on.

Looking good nice colour it will not be long and you will be thinking about SVA it is looking great.
I hope to order up body and the other bits and pieces this time home lot of work offshore, not much time at home and with courses to do. Have my well control this time home so another week in Aberdeen.
