Just finished doing the water system over the weekend. For the bottom hose I made a mock up out of wood in the end and had a friend make it out of stainless tube for. It was actually mor complicated than it seemed - it needs to bend at about 30 deg, but not on the straight, upto the water pump. At the other end a 15-20 deg bend straight down did the job, with the balance tank outlet welded into that. Should have taken some photos before install, but I have the mock up if anyone is interested.

It attaches straight to the two chassis cross members at the front directly below the de dion beam, so should be out of harms way / if there is damage to it, I've already got big problems!!
