Sierra column switches

Hi Guy's just looking at the column stalks, the left hand stalk indicators high beam/flash)no probs.

However the right hand stalk(wipers/lights on & off) I can't seem to find pins S54, 15, and 31, however there are two unused pins - W & 56. i have searched the forum but can't find the answer .

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Many Thanks

Russ

Peter Walker or me.

He, and I have a diagram when using the later type switchgear. Trouble is that it is at work. Drop me a line tomorrow and I'll e-mail/post a picture in colour.

Cheers Dave, I'll Pm my email to you.

I've also noticed that most people have a rear wash/wipe on their stalks, i don't does that make any difference.

Russ

Hi Russ.
Try to get the stalks from a Saphire as they have no rear WW.
If you can't you will have to jam the mechanism somehow otherwise if you accidentally switch the rear WW on you will blow fuses.(Araldite might do the trick)

I just remembered you telling me that last time i was at yours, i have got hold of two sets of switch gear, one without WW and one with.

If anyones interested i know where theres alot of sierra columns (adjustable/non adjustable) all with switch gear but they had very few cowlings.

Dave, (or anyone that may have the diagram), could you repost the diagram for the later switches, I think I have the problem solved but the diagram would be a great help.

Also, anyone have a top shroud (I have the lower one) and/or an intermittent wiper relay? My local scrappy has no Sierras.

Thanks

Here's the diagram I made.

As for parts, try ringing the guy from this ebay auction.
