I also have a small scoop and a big block with a very low intake. Looks like it may fit but still to find out. One day soon!

Brian. More info on your bonnet mods please. Thumb.
We are talking small block motors here mate, not big blocks.
Yep! But if my lump of cast iron will fit with a small scoop, I'm sure those compact small blocks will be lost!! All that room! Bet the damn thing won't fit now
You'll be lucky if it clears the foot wells.

Err, had to build the bloody garage first! Must get one of them jobs where you go home and work don't happen until the next day.

Point taken! Is a bit late to be crashing about in the hell hole, sorry, garage.

My main job starts as soon as I go through the front door!

If you fit a low intake manifold and then a lowrider air intake I think you will still be able to get a 14" circular cleaner in there. Suggest you go to Stoneleigh with a tape measure, camera and small ball of blue tack (good for making into cylindrical tubes that you stand on top of the aircleaner and then close the bonnet - they compress to teh remaining clearance)) and get asking questions and measuring.

Wow what a response, thanks guys , unfortunately i am out of the country for stoneleigh whens the next big show?? .........., but it sounds like i need to speak to the engine supplier (roadcraft repower) about inlet manifolds and then check out what air cleaners are avaialble for the chev.

Any more info would be welcome..........think i'm going to be asking more daft questions over the coming months / years

Stoneleigh 2008!

Me thinks you can only fit the edelbrock torker and performer. Not the rpm/air gap intakes.

I have a rpm airgap intake and the airfilter just touchs the bonnet.
