| re air filter Just watching this thread with an interest, I have a 545ci Big Block Ford(this is definitely the final build spec!!) topped off with a single plane Victor Manifold 6"+), with a 1050 Dominator carb on top! I have a brand new 14" alloy Edelbrock script round airfilter with a 3" filter, I am pretty sure I will have to chop the scoop(large Dax) to modify or go for an aftermarket rivet/bond on, Dave is spot on re the air flow, whats the point of paying all that hard earned for your motor and then choking it on top, hopefully I will be able to see where I'm going!!
