Everything. Are you modding your existing bonnet or buying new. What scoop are you using. Who, if not you, is doing the work. ie glass work, paint etc.. Pictures of the job....................You know. Everything a nosey git whats to know.

Cheers.
I am planning on buying a flat bonnet from Dax & a scoop from Hawk. Will drill bonnet for scoop rivets and then cut the hole in the bonnet & glass in.

I know of a few people that have done this and they tell me it is easy if you take your time. I will find out in a few months time if they are telling me the truth.

Brian, no need glass the new scoop to the bonnet, just use rivets, or imho small allen key bolts look very convincing.

regarding the filter, I had the dax flat bonnet, hawk scoop combination. I could fit a 14 inch filter with dropped sides. I could not fit a fancy butterfly to the top though, that fouled the bonnet. you do need to make sure the top of the air filter is not so close to the carb inlet that you will get airflow restrictions there. the shape of the top of the air filter is important

Also had to fiddle a little with the engine mounts, some make the engine sit 5/10 mm taller in the engine bay than others

biggest variable is inlet manifold, think I had the edelbrock rpm on that one. I did spend some time looking at inlets, many would not fit.

Steve - did you not cut the bonnet at all?

Brian
I cut the hole in the bonnet, and used some fibreall to seal the 8mm gap between the 2 skins. the bonnet scoop remains completely seperate, only bolted on after painting

now with the LS engine tin the GD the air filter is right up under the nose, infront of the rad, so no hole cut in the bonnet, just a fake scoop!
