| 1. Heater connections are one from the inlet manifold at the front and one from the water pump. 2. Expansion Tank bottom connection goes to the stainlees pipe in between the bottom rad. and bottom water pump. Top goes onto the top of the thermostat housing (if you have Dax's own special housing). 3. Fan temp gauge goes in or around the top stainless pipe from the thermostat housing to the rad. top connection. 4. Heater reg, chuck it away, most people do not fit it anyway! Can't take any pics as my cars in bits waiting to be painted. |

| Everything cooling wise is now connected thanks to some fiddling about. Only thing left is the Servo......does it matter if the pipe goes UP from the engine and THEN Down to the servo? Its the pipe i've currently got running over the distributor (see pic)

| Shouldn't matter if it goes up or not as it is only a vacuum pipe. You can buy 90 degree fittings for the manifold if you wish to re-route it. There should also be a non return valve in the line to prevent fuel vapor going up the line and filling the servo with explosive gasses. You may need a proper vacuum hose though for SVA. If that is standard silicone hose it can collapse quite easily under vacuum making your brakes less effective. Craig.

| if its anything like the chevy setup the hose from the bottom radiator goes directly under the crossmember and i attached it using 3 heavy duty cable ties. It'll run approximately the same height off the ground as your bellhousing does. Then the main pipe angles up to the water pump at 45Degrees and the offshoot to the expansion tank runs at 45Degrees to the passenger side. Does that help?
