| This website is great for working that type of thing out - http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

| I have found that the most accurate way to work out revs per mile is to use a bit of driveway and a piece of chalk! The cals are reasonable but can be quite different as tyre pressures vary the rolling circumference more than you would think. Mark the tire and the ground with the chalk and drive through two revolutions of the tyre, mark the ground again and measure the distance. Divide the measurement by two and this gives you a pretty accurate measurement. |

| Hi Warren. 771.84 turns per mile. X 12 gearbox pulses pre prop revolution. X diff ratio. If you are using a Tremec TKO here are the settings per diff ratio. 3.58= 33158 pulses 3.54= 32787 " 3.31= 30657 " 3.07= 28435 " 2.88= 26675 "
