Loom routing

Can anyone advise on the approx. route of the loom from rear to front? Within the body or under the tunnel? And where are the best points to pass through the bulkheads if the wiring stays inside the car? Thanks.

Bob

Personal choice and easiest route is proably the best answer.

How ever my view.
Inside the car, downleft hand side in channel below door aperature. (depending on model)

Over passenger footwell (poss on scuttle hoop / frame if fitted)
exit front either side of gearbox / engine.

Rear through bulkhead in bottwm left corner (look from rear) and then distribute from there.

Probably more protection for cables within as you can fix it down by many other means than trying to run through tunnel. Also if you need to add/remove/modify anything then it will be easier from within.

cheers

(but if your loom starts to resemble the contents of the national grid then you may need ot go down both sides and up the middle!!! No comment)
