| Ready to drop in engine? I don't want to put in the engine only to find I've forgotten something that should have been located first. This is what I've done so far: Body on permanently Both axles complete Propshaft in place Alloy engine bay panels in place Pedal box in place Servo, master cylinder and brakes lines in place Clutch master cylinder in place and hose attached Expansion tank in place Radiator in and top brackets located Bonnet hinges in place Screen washer bottle in place Horns in place Thermostat in place Fuel line in Battery lead (+ve) in place I have not located any wiring/fuse box or positioned the gearbox mount. What do your think? Is it time to drop in the engine/gearbox yet? Thanks. Bob

| Go For it Bob, you are on a roll. Why don't you fit the loom? It is much easier if you can climb into the engine bay. If you are worried about the drop out points for the engine loom give me a call (9-5) and I'll explain where to run it.

| You can still do more. The wiring loom as dave has already suggested is a lot easier to put in now. I also struggled to fit the luvres in the side of the body once the engine was in. My expanding waist line was a bit of an issue. I also had to fit a heat shield around the brake servo for SVA man. so you could also look at doing this now as well. Are you fitting a remote oil cooler. This is another job you could prep by drilling and tapping mounting holes etc. Good Luck and enjoy.
