WR Blue Mica (Subaru 02c) and a 'very' white set of stripes. Great bunch of guys at 7-Indulence, very interested in what they do and what I had been doing with the car.

Their workshops are on a farm industrial estate down about 3-4 miles of single track road. I came across a KFF (Kent Frozen Foods) lorry on the way there and he just reversed for me. On the way back with the empty trailer a white van man pulled off the road for me.

Andi.

Whilst the car is away I was thinking I might get a cover, if only to give some protection on its way home.

I found some breathable ones at Car Builder Solutions but they are measured by length and overall circumference of the car.

I wonder if some kind person here could let me know how long a Dax is and how far it measures all the way around!

Cheers.

Andi.

Hi Andi.
A cover will do more damage to it than the rain can. The wind will get under it and it will rub at your paintwork. Just think about mototcyclists who ride wearing a T shirt and no jacket......They look like they are wearing a hot air baloon with rabies.

Spent a few spare minutes at 7-Indy today and had a sneeky peek. LOOKIN' GOOD.
No actual colour on yet, but somehow you can get the feeling it ain't gonna be long and it's gonna be a stonkin' good job 'cos all the preporation work looks soooo professional and they all seem to be working hard whenever you arrive.

Obviously I'm bias, but you made a good choice of place to go in my opinion.

Cheers Dave, that's nice to know, I'm loath to keep pestering them so I haven't been in touch. Both Graham and Neil give you the feeling that they are truly interested in what they are doing.

T'other Dave and Dingo thanks for the comments - good point, maybe I'll leave it for all to see on the way home

OK the rest is over.

Could someone show me a picture of where their heater water pipes go. Straight forward will go through the windscreen washer bottle and get close to the headers I think. Sideways into the engine bay might be a bit of a tight squeeze.

Cheers.
