| Hi Riggers, Go for a recognised make, Brian James or woodford. If you are moving low cars like the Cobra then I would get a tilt bed. I have a Brian James (Club tilt bed) and paid £1200 about a year ago. came complete with winch and low level tyre rack, all lights tyres, brakes in good condition I use it for the rally car. If you go for one like this then when the time comes to sell it you will get rid of it easily. Avoid anything that is home made and / or on a caravan chassis |

| I agree with the above. Sounds silly, but do be careful of the width. The cobra is actually quite wide at the back and there are some smaller car trailers that she won't fit on. I've borrowed a beaver tail brian james and that was a bit close for ground clearance but worked out fine. £1200 should get you an older but still decent one. Usual things to look out for - ramps in good condition, brakes working and lights. Jon

| I have had a few and by far the best was a hydraulic tilt one, cost a little more but easier to load and no ramps to lose/strap in etc. Also less likely to catch bottom of body. I also second the above, get a good make but also ring around for a few, I did this then sold them on ebay and would you believe I always got more than I paid!
