| Looking at the pic again it looks like your end cone is working its way out of the pipe. Worth checking to see if it is fixed properly.

| Agree with Brian, Check there is a fixing in the end of the side pipe holding the tail pipe in. Without that the weight of the pipe will twist the end cap round and twist the bracket off the side of the tail pipe. I have a stainless nut welded inside my tail pipe and a hole drilled in the underside of the side pipe. A small stainless dome head screw holds it all in place. There are various pictures of my sidepipes in the Cobra club Wiki. Cobra Wiki Craig. |

| Hi rob, doesn't look like a major job. You could probably just get it tig welded no problem. Either that or undo the end bit and fling it back to dax and ask for a replacement. Quickest solution is stainless weld it tho. if you need any bolts etc pop down see me i've got loads of stainless Si

Eggs, teaching, suck and all that but it may be best to set up the exhaust on the car and put a couple of tacks on that mounting plate in situ. I say that as the bracket plate comes out at a funny angle and will be difficult to get right freehand...

Hi Rob, Which is the PS1 Qatar. As you can see from my profile I am based in Doha itself. It's 46 degrees this afternoon with the visibility down to half a mile due to the dust. No fun at all!!!! Cheers Rob
