RE: DAX WIRING PROBLEM

Hi there Macca,

you'll be pleased to know that I can help you with this one.
I had exactly the same issue last summer during my wiring exercise.
You need remove (or at least disconnect) the small wire which runs up the inside of the washer stalk. I think it's would normally feed the rear wash on the later Sierra. From distant memory I think it was a thin blue wire.
I think that was all there was to it.
Although I have a recollection that there may also have been a spare brown live feed from the Dax harness that didn't have a home on the later switch set up.

Mine now all works fine.

I'm looking forward to meeting you with your Cobra soon.
When it's not sub zero I'll maybe take a ride up to see you.
