Roll bar dimensions Dax/big block Ford

Just playing about with the stainless roll hoops, I have had the hoops formed but left the legs over length, I'd like to size the back brace so if anyone is in the garage today could they measure the distance from the body to the top of the hoop,I know the the hoops are set to be level with the w/screen,I will eventually be using a 34" rake screen,I am using twin hoops with back braces, and cosidering bracing into the cockpit? any thoughts on that? Thanks Dave:tu :tu

Dave,

I have a pair of single hoops with stays in the garage if you want me to go and measure the lenght of those I can. These are fitted as of yet hence I can't give you from body measurements.

By the way I've also been told to fill the hoops with cavity wall insulation so they don't hum/buzz when you're going along.

Regards

Michael
