Speedo's and paint

Hello cobra chums,a couple questions for you! I have a Saginsaw(?)4-speed 'box fitted in my Dax and it's time to fit a speedo cable.Does anyone know the gears/teeth/what fits etc.so i can get the right bits or the Dax parts adapted? Also any recomendations for a suitable off white paint for Le Mans stripes? Many thanks in advance, Dave

Hi Dave.
IF you don't already have a speedo then just get the electronic one from Dax with the sensors. The speedo and sensors are a little more expensive than a mechanical speedo but by the time you have added the cost of :- Speedo drive gears, a cable and getting your speedo callibrated the electronic option is cheaper.
Some of my customers opt for Ford Ivory for the stripes, at a glance they look white but are much less "In your face" Than Diamond white.
