Problems dismantly LT77 Gearbox

Hi
I Need some advice on how to get the 5th gear assembly off the mainshaft of an LT77 gearbox. I got the circlip, spacer and support plate off after a fight but can't move the synchro assembly etc (I think thats what it is!). See the two pictures to show exactly what I mean.

Thanks for any advice

Martin

Page 8 step 19 mentions a service tool if this is what's causing you grief.
