| Rover oil pressure I know this subject has been done to death but I thought someone could benefit from my afternoons toil in the workshop. My Cob has been on the road for a couple of months and I am not desperately impressed with the oil pressure so I did a little research and got hold of a new filter head (I know I should have put one on when I built the engine!) anyhow to protect the new crank, cam, followers, rings etc I fitted the new head with the uprated MGB spring and instead of the measly 2 bar I now have 4 bar at tickover and after a good thrash up the M27 still showing 3 bar at tickover. hope this is of use to someone.
