Talking Ford V6

Hi
Using a Ford V6 3.1 essex, stage 3 tune (so I have been told) Webber 38 DGMS carb and I think Kent cam Sports 'R' I was wanting to fit a larger carb a Holly!
Can anyone suggest a size and a inlet manifold and who might supply!

Their knowledge of old skool and modern ford stuff is second to none
