SBC stroker- vacuum readings

The engine has an unknown cam but believed to be a Tim Adams special profile so I guess that will give lower readings than a standard cam
Do these readings sensible, in ins of Hg:
800 rpm tickover 11
1000 12.5
1500 19
2000 & above 21
blipping throttle 2/24
cruise on road test 14/15

Holley carb with idle mixture screws set up with vacuum gauge to give max value, that is 11.

Looks ok to me, clean the idle air jets on top of the carb next to the squirters, tiny jets with a little hole in them that could have carbon around them, failing that remove the float bowls and blow out the idle jets (depending on carb) if no jets there is a tidy drilling on the metering block.

1.5co is too lean at idle.
