| Cylinder /manifold thread size I'm not used to 'old english' type threads. The threads for the bolts to fix the manifold appear to be 3/8" something, can anyone tell me what threads they are ? Steve      |

| RE: Cylinder /manifold thread size Steve, any of the threads into the aluminium block/heads/brackets/covers will be UNC of various diameters. Even the latest engines, which have metric headed bolts, have UNC threads!! No Real Steel web site I'm afraid. Russ |

| RE: Cylinder /manifold thread size Steve Just watch out for the bellhousing.Bolts to the engine are UNC,but slave cylinder and flywheel guard holes are Metric. Steve G GE427-Rover 281ci.
