Sump Washer - Cushable ??

Hi,

still not dont the service on SRV8! but I have pulled the oil out & am a bit curious about the sump plug washer. it's just a plain old washer .. should it be ? or should it be a copper crush-able one?

if so - where would I get a new one form? standard Rover dealer ? they're probably all the same year to year (?)

thanks!
Steve

RE: Sump Washer - Cushable ??

thanks Craig ... trouble is, I dont have one around here thats any good! tried the localish halfords, but they are useless. and the one car place we do have, is more of an accessory shop .. and they dont have any rover bits, or anything like the right size.
think I will have to take a search for rover specialist & get them to mail order me a 30p washer ! x(
or a rover dealer .. now where is that yellow pages

Steve
