Re: London 2 Brighton

Chris afraid not mate, but what it does include and I quote
commemorative numbered rally plate
comprehensive route book
personalised certificate of participation for the driver
free entry passes for driver and navigator to hampton court & groombridge place
commemorative brass rally plaque
listing of all cars taking part.

whoopy bl**dy doo

think I'll become an event organiser.
they say they had over 200 entrants in 2001 so even if they just had that number this year thats £14500.00
Suffice to say this owner will not be attending, hell Le Mans weekend entry and camping is cheaper than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: London 2 Brighton

Once the full details are released lets organise a meet at a PUB on their route. Cobra’s (and imposters) in the car park, drink and food in hands, nice cars roaring past. . . a perfect solution I am just full of clever ideas :thumb:

Re: London 2 Brighton

Whenever I've done the mini L2B run, because places were limited and it was always oversubscribed, there were always loads of 'interlopers' who just tagged onto the convoy as it came out of Crystal Palace and then did their own thing at Brighton.

I did pay one year but it was less than half that price and I got a T shirt!!! Nurrrrr!!!!!

Louise's idea is excellent and I congratulate her for organising it......
