Re: Pre-Le Mans PICNIC

PS; Please don't comment on the flag, it's not ours it's borrowed as we still haven't got any at all.
I must add the committee decided to order them for the branches last sept 2005

Nice to see things have improved greatly then

Glad you all had a good time:thumb:

Re: Pre-Le Mans PICNIC

Glad you all had a good time. Was about to leave and meet some of you but work went ape!!

Hope some of you found time to have a good look round and visit the visitor centre. And you had the bonus of water in the res. 92% on close of bussiness Thurs I'm lead to believe!

Any comments on this venue?

Dave, we are all dropping our gear round at yours on the tuesday night

We only talked a bit about it. No need for a bed pump or major tool kit. Billy is taliong a fuel can.

I am taking a DC/AC power inverter for recharging phones/camera etc.

By the sounds of some of the other kit going, I think we are building a small village - should be great :thumb:

Re: Pre-Le Mans PICNIC

Whats the score for food there.???
Is there enough livestock in the surrounding area???
Is anyone taking a gun???
How are we going to transport a barbeque big enough to spit roast a whole cow on???

I'm going to take a small (well quite large actually) trailer for alcohol only
